Topics/issues/concerns/inequalities that may seem obvious to a whole department and surrounding departments go unaddressed and unwelcomed when discussed with higher-level bosses/depts.

Upward movement and promotion in marketing department is non-existant. HR understands they need better culture perks and benefits but is incapable in going about it the right way.

This is the most female friendly place I've ever worked, however I do not see many females in managing director roles.

NFP is family oriented, they understand that your personal obligations come first. Managers understand the necessity of a vacation or taking off to spend time with your visiting grandma. It's a great place for women to work.

The work place is old and not kept clean. We had to make sure we always had tissue as the bathrooms would run out of tissue and hand soap. The team leads would have to sweep the floor in their area.

November 2015

I've worked here for several years now and there are lots of women working here, but rarely in management or decision making roles. The "good ole boys club" is still loud and proud. Diversity is especially limited in the higher paid sections. Besides this being an issue in it if itself, women here face targeted criticism on many fronts--from dress code, to rumors about our sexual orientation, to public discussion of fertility issues, to having to justify our time when male employees do not, to outright intimidation (both physical and emotional) from male management. Raises are few and far between. I would not recommend working here. In fact, every female in my section is actively looking for employment elsewhere. If you do decide to work here, prepare to be micromanaged by your male boss.
