"There are many women in leadership positions which provides the opportunity for mentorship and peer support. Additionally, there are support systems such as the Women at Gilead group that provide avenues for personal growth and development championed by fellow peers at Gilead. This is the most supportive work environment I have experienced in my professional career and I feel it has a much to do with the amount of diversity and inclusion aspects. "
