"The Women at Gilead employee resource group is sponsored by our strong FEMALE Chief Commercial Officer and she is so committed to moving the needle for women, she created a full time role dedicated to the strategy in order to accelerate progress.
During the pandemic, Gilead pulled out all the stops to help working women, and they haven't stopped. The ERG leads have a seat at the table with the benefits team and are continuously enhancing benefits for women.
