"Benefits are great especially for infertility or pregnancy. Depending on your team you could have great flexibility or not. Some teams understand family and work/life balance and others are workaholics. The company tries to communicate creating work/life balance but how its implemented by each team may vary."

"If you are a women, you are marginalized especially as a working parent. There’s no work / life balance here and there’s a constant need for success without the right tools, processes, or infrastructure in place. The culture is proud to be working “lean” and some people end up having 2-3 job functions than what they were originally hired to do. "

"Gilead is a very dynamic company, growing at a fast pace. The company offers plenty of opportunity to work on new and exciting projects, and continuously expand our skill set. Even if the workload can be quite heavy at times, colleagues and managers are very supportive and it's easy to ask for help."
