"Benefits are great especially for infertility or pregnancy. Depending on your team you could have great flexibility or not. Some teams understand family and work/life balance and others are workaholics. The company tries to communicate creating work/life balance but how its implemented by each team may vary."

"If you are a women, you are marginalized especially as a working parent. There’s no work / life balance here and there’s a constant need for success without the right tools, processes, or infrastructure in place. The culture is proud to be working “lean” and some people end up having 2-3 job functions than what they were originally hired to do. "
