"This is a challenging place to start off on the ground floor. If you are coming in at a management level, I've seen many women be incredibly successful. But if you start lower, I feel like it's been harder for me to climb than my male colleagues."

"A) Strong Women at Gilead group which provides excellent opportunities:
1. for career growth (forums, meetings to learn from successful women both internal and external)
2. to be connected with a mentor
3. to promote wellness/work balance
