"Gilead has been very kind to me as a working mother. I have never felt discriminated against. I was promoted while pregnant right before I went on maternity leave because I worked hard. My managers truly care about my well-being and support my personal as well as professional goals. There are growth opportunities and career planning options. I am treated fairly and with respect. "

"If the role allows for work from home, its extremely flexible on location. This makes work-life balance so much better. I am a new mom, by Gilead policy, I can regularly wfh for 3 days out of the week. I take advantage of this flexibility and work 2 days a week from home every week. Time is also flexible in case of doctor appointments and family commitments. As long as my work is done and I am not misusing the flexibility options, I am able to balance work and family life very well. My managers absolutely care about my well-being. "

"There are 18 weeks of paid leave (6 weeks pregnancy disability and 12 weeks bonding). The best part is that the leave can be split up and taken as needed. There is also 12 weeks of paid paternity leave offered. "
