"Gilead has done everything that they can to address work life balance during the pandemic. They have made significant changes, with more to come, on how to address inclusion, diversity and equity. I've worked at the company for a long time. I hope they address better ways to promote women and persons from underrepresented groups. Career path and development has been a challenged in the past but I believe things are changing. Otherwise, it has been a pleasure to work here. "

"During the pandemic, I feel Gilead has really stepped up to support women in the workforce. They created groups for working moms to discuss the challenges. As well as the opportunity to get support: Lyra and Ginger. "
