"Gilead continusouly cares about their employees and demonstrated this even further through policies and procedures to support well-being during the pandemic. The Gilead leadership team provided benefits that help support working parents and caregivers manage their daily efforts, new moms and dads adjust to this life transition and provide flexible opportunities for women at all stages in their career. The focus on impact and results has made the culture one in which women can take on new responsibilities and grow their skillsets."
