"Its a great place to work. There is so much opportunity to be impactful and strategic. I feel so luck to have been stretched and supported the way I have been. "The executive leadership makes an active effort to be inclusive, to ensure all employees are treated fairly and to promote diversity. They have wonderful programs to enrich your career and to network with other women. Many of the senior most leaders are women and they work to recognize women and promote them into leadership. The maternity leave is fantastic, most people get 18 weeks of paid leave without using any vacation days, I took 20 weeks because of medical necessity. My management was supportive of my leave also."
