"The leadership here is fear-based. It is very paradoxical, because it is a feminist organization and the leader therefore is a woman. It also attempts to promotes strength and confidence through its mission, programs and its tag line ( “Strong, Smart, Bold”).
Somehow, at this branch, the “bold” became “its ok to be a bully “. There were extreme levels of Hostility, blaming, gaslighting, micromanaging, triangulation, belittling and belligerence, all strategies employed to announce: “we are afraid of change!” And to cover lack of true confidence and some lack of competency "
