"Glassdoor is truly amazing. I see and feel that my hard work is valued, and my superiors are great about giving kudos when appropriate. Glassdoor is also mindful of gender pay parity and is actively reviewing compensation in order to avoid disparity, and if they find it, it is corrected. "

"Glassdoor is an amazing place for women to work. The flexibility of working hours, open PTO, strong parental leave and caregiver leave benefits make my professional life manageable and reduces stress. We still have a ways to go with hiring women senior leaders and executives, but I love that our CEO and executive team openly acknowledge this and are committed to gender diversity and equality throughout the company."

"I have never felt more seen as a woman / Woman of color in a corporate space. Glassdoor has been/ continues to be a safe place for me to share ideas, challenge ways of working and show up as my most authentic self. "

"I'm relatively new to the company but I've been impressed this far. It is an environment where people are encouraged to bring their whole self to work and includes flexibility in your hours, wfh, etc. "
