"GLG is filled with some phenomenal, ambitious women. There's no shortage of role models and mentors, and the organization has a lot of (white) women in leadership positions. But in terms of racial diversity (specifically BIPOC women leaders who are not the CHRO or CDO), the company is lacking. While I was there, I was the only women of color team leader in my business unit. "

"Company preaches diversity and inclusion but it's just a branding exercise. They offered me a VP position as the top performer in my industry but tried to pay me less than the male VPs. When I pushed back I was told by the female interim manager that I should just take it. "

"While there's been a considerable amount of turnover in women in senior leadership roles, there is plenty of entry-level and mid-level manager opportunities for women. Parental leave seems generous, but WFH opportunities are limited."
