"Please don't. it seems great for flex hours but you are giving up more than you know. You are supporting the two males who run this company who are not invested in you, tht make flippant remarks in poor taste mixed with racial slurs. The misogyny is strong here and not to mention a super high turn over rate.
This is essentially a spam marketing company that barely stays afloat. Work somewhere professional and with leadership that will respect you as a person.

"If working here as a female, please be prepared to be treated unfairly. Management is extremely sexist, racist and overall environment is aggressive.
Males fare better and are compensated higher than fellow female colleagues. Women in that office work extremely hard with little to no recognition."
