"GF is a great company to work for. The work-life balance at times is difficult to adjust, but most managers are willing to work with you. There are a lot more men than women at this company but there are a lot of policies and employee resource groups that are looking to change that and do a great job of supporting women at the company. Though the female demographic is smaller than men, they are powerful and confident,"
