"I've seen female coworkers go out on maternity leave and be valued like they never left, and even promoted within the timeframe. I've seen increased diversity of thought, race, cultural background, and industry experience that I think promote a well rounded culture. I don't feel guilty for taking PTO, and we have unlimited PTO at that. Within 3 months of starting with the company, I was supported when I expressed to my manager that I wanted to begin night school and would have to leave at 5pm sharp 4/5 days of the week"

"Working for GlossGenius has been an amazing experience and an absolute pleasure. I hope to stay with this company for many years. The team as a whole is kind, inclusive, innovative, and dedicated to our customers. Management is beyond great - each person in leadership I have worked with has been supportive in furthering growth and ensuring that their team members are happy with the path they are on with the company. I couldn't recommend a better place to work than GlossGenius!"

"I love to see all the women in leadership positions at GlossGenius (including our CEO!). There are generous benefits and the sense of trust over control of your work. I also love that the core work we do at GlossGenius serves so many talented women. Within our customer base, we provide so many creative women in the beauty & wellness industry with access to smart, intuitive technology so they can absolutely crush their own business goals, and that is something not a lot of tech companies are doing. "
