"Avoid like the plague. Leadership is not supportive of its women workers as a whole. As a result, women in this workplace do not support one another at all. Just a toxic work environment all around.
A culture of blame-shifting also exists; management blames employees for their own failings and will spin things to make themselves look better to leadership instead of addressing a process or situation that isn’t working and is affecting the department as a whole. "

"Management would do what they could to make themselves look better at the expense of workers. They would outright lie about situations that had occurred while pretending to be on the side of their employees. Nothing but gaslighting, really."

"My big thing is the benefits in particular maternity pay which is very low, 90% of your salary for 12 weeks (takes 12 weeks to feel like a normal human being!). Then it is SMP fir the remaining period which almost forces you to return to work if your household income is reasonable."
