"The ratio of men to women in Engineering is still too high, but improving. Same for the valuing of women's voices.
Overall, there are a ton of great people who respect women's work and who work well with women. The work is interesting and there are a lot of ways to grow and succeed.
I really enjoy using Agile and it works well for my team as well as our Team of Teams. Also, our unlimited PTO policy is real. People are encouraged to take leave rather than guilted into working too much. It's pretty great."

"Good launching pad, but wont promote you. People are friendly but there have been lots of transitions in the last few years and people are heading for the doors. Also the gender discrimination is really rampant and yet they don't see the problem."
