"There is a good balance here. Full Time employees, after 3 months can begin to purse their Masters or any other educational needs paid by the university. After 6 months, employees have the ability to choose a work from home day. Sick time, PTO and Grace PTO are accumulated. "

"I teach online, so the job is extremely flexible. Pay is low compared to my other online teaching job. There is little communication or support from my supervisors. You are kind of on your own here."
