No mentor program. There are few women in IT leadership positions. C-Level management appear to be out of touch with the non-management worker. C-level management needs to visit and talk to their employees. It doesn't count when you are only talking to your surrounding "yes men".

    CA Technologies has always been recognized as a great place to work for all individuals including women. From Benefits, Pay, Time Off (12 weeks maternity, new baby welcome bundle, transition back to work program, Leadership Development, Women In Technology Forums, STEM sponsorships, making sure at least 2 females are part of each candidate pool managers interview, ensuring at least one women is part of the interview panel, on site child development centers to care for our children, shipping of breast milk while traveling for work, special pregnancy parking spots, the list goes on and on - I can't say enough about the flexibility CA offers).

Be prepared for major company changes that may not be the reason you joined. This is a wonderful company, all about celebrating women and giving them the opportunity to further themselves and help support their families. Unfortunately, as a single woman with a lot of friends living paycheck to paycheck, some of the recent changes are not ideal and have me reconsidering.
