      "Although it can vary by region and department, I would say at least in the Bay Area, Colorado, and HQ regions, women are very much supported and encouraged to grow in the male dominated field of construction."

      "I think the experience can vary dept to dept and location to location. For instance, an office/admin worker for HQ has a high level of schedule flexibility that an installer in the field doesn't have in the same way. That said, the company overall is doing a lot to promote diversity and inclusion work, and not just promote it but implement policies that impact the lived experience of employees, and gender is a particular focus in that arena (especially given our CEO is a woman). "
