"Different teams have different expectations around hours in office vs remote work. And even with some flexibility in hours, in most roles, overtime hours are required to keep up with workload requirements."

"It’s changing, but all things being equal the man will get over promoted and the woman will not be promoted. Again, it’s changing, but not quickly enough."

"It is very difficult to navigate GroupM as a female if you want to grow your career. Certain things are changing, but it is like turning the Titanic."

"Senior management is very male heavy and tends to be oblivious to the issue. There is a wide variance in how women are treated by agency and department. "
