One of the best things about this firm is that it offers flexibility and the people are nice. However, the flexibility comes at a price, with below market salaries, and a lack of growth opportunities.

    Maybe. The attorneys at this firm are nice and professional. The firm has a great track record for producing quality work product and obtaining good results for its clients. Moreover, unlike many law firms, this firm offers flexible schedules for most of its attorneys. However, the firm does not promote internally. There are little opportunities for mentorship or growth. There are no female partners, nor are there any minority partners. Although there is diversity among the associates, it sometimes appears that male associates are often favored for the better cases and for more opportunities. The pay is less than market.
