Understand the expectations of your team and role. Guidewire is very much a meritocracy and they do take reports of inappropriate conduct VERY seriously. offensive and inappropriate behavior is simply not tolerated. On the flip side, not all jobs/roles provide full flexibilty due to job requirements.
