"I would recommend this employer. However, do your research and always follow your instincts. It's definitely the good ol' boy network you just have to read the room. It's not always like that. I have witnessed a lot of things over the years. For the most part they want you to succeed and they will help you. It really depends on the organization you are under. I have to say I don't trust HR. "

"Good old boys club is very annoying at times. Southern Culture plus old Aerospace gets old really fast. Watch out for creeps and be prepared to handle a lot of inappropriate comments."
