"It’s a call center where you transcribe phone calls to individuals that are hard of hearing, so you’re basically repeating everything one side of the conversation is saying. Most calls are on hold recordings, Doctors office conformations, pharmacy phone calls, and the rest are friends and family calls. If you are able to repeat conversations and be unbiased about what the clients might talk about then this job would be for you. "
