It's a flexible, great work life balance. Very few women on the team, but everyone is pretty supportive and nice.

Women are promoted however we are not empowered nor trusted to make decisions within our roles. This stems from the top.

Empower current employees already in leadership positions to make decisions; micro-managing is the management style and there is no physiological safety for employees.

January 2016

Its a very small company, but men and women are pretty much treated the same. It should be noted that as the male shop owner is not originally from this country, his views on women are not inline with the US. Shop talk can sometimes be a bit inappropriate.

November 2015

Leave policies differ greatly depending on your country of residence. In the U.S., it is quite difficult to get a straight-forward answer of all of the benefits available to you. They offer far more generous leave time than FMLA, but the issue is how long can you go without pay as much of the generous time off is without pay.

July 2015

Management claims interest in creating a diverse office but does little to implement it. Leadership is male-dominated, especially on the engineering side. Currently there is no head of HR, and past HR heads have been of poor quality. For example, response to harassment incidents has been underwhelming. Hours are flexible and vacation policy is generous. The women who do work here tend to be awesome.

March 2015

Having labored in other top 5 tech companies, Fireeye has been one of the most enthusiastic in equal opportunity advancement. Although there will always be a select few less supportive individuals in leadership positions, no matter the organization, I'm happy to report that this company's CMO, CIO, VP of HR, VP of Legal, VP of Inside Sales, (the list goes on), are all women.
