"Depending on your tenure at the organization, you start with 4 weeks paid, but can take up to 12 weeks total. The other 8 weeks can either be PTO or Short T.he more paid leave you have and less you have to use of STD or PTO. (Also once you hit a certain level in the company you have unlimited PTO)."
