Most people are nice but beware on the excess workload they add on. Its becomes a challenge to have a healthy work/life balance.

May 2016

Don't. Low morale, overly demanding workload, poor work environment, managing partners don't care about employees, extremly low pay raises if anything at all, unfair, hostile and gossip environment brought on by managing staff

November 2015

Hard to network and share information with other employees. They prefer to keep you in the dark about what others are receiving. Expect hardball starting salary negotiations and when you "settle" with the expectation of yearly increases prepare to be disappointed - you get nothing.

February 2015

Women are given the ability and encourages to direct their own career - see Reid Hoffman's book "The Alliance" for the leadership philosophy on creating an atmosphere of positive succession. We are all driven towards the larger mission of "Connecting the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful" and are encouraged to find ways to make this come to life in our daily work. Finally, we are continually driven and reminded that we need to develop mastery in our expertise so that we can pay it forward and help others.
