"A majority of the staff is male young and white. Many are nice. Most everyone has a ‘do not rock the boat’ mentality even when bad decisions are made by superiors."

"It's awesome, I'm not sure about the higher ups, but for entry level and their immediate supervisors there is plenty of males and females in multiple roles. "

"If you call in at all it is an infraction, whether it's a whole day or two hours. If your kid gets sick, or they are out of school, you have to use PTO and cannot just take a sick day. If you use your PTO and have to call in due to you being sick or your child, a doctor's note does not matter, you get wrote up. That's one of the biggest drawbacks, but you are given 168 hrs PTO for the calendar year. "
