"I would say it's a good start if you're interested in nursing or eldercare/nursing home management as a career, or something to do part-time in retirement or to get through school, but don't get mentally locked-in like me--working there part-time for over three years knowing that you want to do something else full-time, but have no idea what that "something else" is! "It's a home health care company, so there are people working part-time, full-time, everything in between. Hours depend on when clients want you there, but employees have a reasonable amount of say in when and who they want to work for. "
