"The leadership team is now majority women, and there is a lot of support for flexible work.
The parental leave policy could be more generous - while 12 weeks paid is generous by US standards, it is not by worldwide standards. As a fully remote company and B Corp, Help Scout should be leading the conversation on things like that. "

"In real time, it’s hard to be sure what’s sexism and what’s you. It’s not overt like your boss hitting on you and then demoting you to secretary. It’s your boss describing your assertiveness as too assertive, and suggesting you might be better suited for an operational role. "
