"Things move slowly. It is a bit confusing to figure out all the politics and how things work in terms of International and US work structures. Leadership seems to be constantly promoting 'move fast' work like an entrepreneur, however decisions are handled very old fashioned and lots of levels to go through before anything can be done. "
