"Overall, it is not a bad place to work for a woman. There are some great middle managers that value balance and flexibility. The parental leave policy is country average, so that may be a factor to consider if you're looking for a more progressive employer with longer leave. Senior management is largely a man's club, so advancement for women is not great here."

"Higher Logic is a super open, diverse place to work. First job I've ever had where I literally like all of my coworkers, and they have multiple committees to ensure we stay open and diverse. Highly recommend!"
