This can be a great place to work if you have a quality manager. Leadership is super white male.

The culture is very bizarre and toxic at times. Nepotism is prevalent, with 40% of the workers being related.

The sexism I experience is industry wide and often times subconscious. There's nothing in particular that makes my company worse than others, but they don't do much to education/reduce sexism as a company and have "industry-standard" policies related to family (leave, hours, etc.).

August 2016

Sadly, it's a very stereotypical man-centric corporate environment. I would not recommend this organizaiton to any woman, as there is no communication, transparency or stability, and employees are regularly churned and burned.

November 2015

There is a lot of favoritism, especially with men and promotions. Internal postings are usually already earmarked for someone. I was actually encouraged by my manager to not apply for an internal role because it was for someone else.

October 2015

Hiring and retaining strong female leaders is a big priority for the company, which has been historically very male-focused. At this point you're still more likely than not to be one of the few females in the room if you're at the higher levels, but that is changing. The men in the company still need to learn that men and women express themselves differently (they can suck the air out of a room), but I'm very happy with the family leave policies and the focus on diversity.
