"We have a woman CEO, our senior VP of HR and one of our 5 General Managers are women. It's pretty amazing diversity for a male dominated industry, like construction. "

"I have been at Hilti North America for about a year and it has been a great experience. My manager is very flexible and supportive, and my teammates are collaborative and great to work with. Our benefits and policies are always improving based on employee feedback, and it's clear that major effort is being made around inclusion. I'm proud to work at Hilti! "
