"Ask the hiring manager good questions in your interview to make sure it is someone you will want to work for and who will help you reach your goals. Their policies are great! But they have a knack for hiring/promoting people into leadership positions that do not have great leadership skills. "

"A good short term way to make money. You can be there a long time if you’re cut throat and basically lie to customers. If you’re okay with that then you could probably stay for a while. "
