Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

To be successful in certain roles within the organization, you have to give up flexibility for home responsibilities. They say they care about work/life balance, but workload doesn’t support it. There are also women leaders within the organization that create a very bad culture for other women in the organization at lower levels.

Get rid of woman leaders who create a bad culture for other women in the organization. Distribute workload to support work/life balance.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I think HireVue will improve with hiring practices. However, they currently are way over working their staff. This is not a good situation for women who are mothers or are trying to become mothers as well as women who have families with working husbands.

HireVue is an amazing place to work, however we need more female leadership on our board and executive team. It would be amazing if there were opportunities for female mentorship.
