"The maternity leave policy RECENTLY increased to provide two weeks paid leave. Prior to this, Homesite offered ZERO paid maternity leave, other than you had to use your accrued PTO first then the remainder was unpaid, up to 12 weeks. "

"The Executives set the gender exclusivity tone. I have never felt passed over because I am a woman. I have also never felt the need to be unnaturally aggressive in order to prove myself as equal to a man."
