"Not quite sure if this is the best company for women. Our kitchen staff has only been working with this company a short time, but so far I've seen a married male boss who flirts with the younger ladies asking them out on dates and openly admits he likes them young. Consistently curses and demeans his employees when things don't go his way. This company brags about promoting from within, but when our kitchen manager of more than a decade applied for the director position, she was never even interviewed and the position given to thisan who they hired from an outside source."
