"HP is a great company to work for, I have been here for 15 years and I was able to develop my skills while on the job and also had access to formal education sponsored by HP. This has allowed me to grow into managerial roles and develop my career. "

"There is still a "Macho" mentality, being in a company that not only respect you as a woman but also invest and work to have women in leadership positions has been a blessing, here I was even able to overcome my own unconscious cultural believes of being my working mom/wife."
