"As a woman, in HP you are truly treated equally. I have worked for other companies that claimed to respect diversity and treat women equally, but at the end of the day you could see the differences (men in all the leadership positions, culture rewarding typical male approaches, unrealistic expectations during maternity leave, impossible working hours without flexibility...). This is not the case of HP: culture and policies make an intentional effort to make sure everyone, including women, are treated equally. Gender perspective is applied to any strategic and tactical decision in the company. I could't recommend it more :-)"

"This is a place that is open to discussing anything AND you have to advocate for yourself. Years ago, I wanted to be home for my kids after school, so I created a way to do that by working 9-3, then taking an hour off to pick up kids and run errands, then I worked the remaining 2(+) hours from 4-6 or later in the evening. I focused on what my manager might be concerned about and then solved for that. I've done this time and again."

"The hours can be long which is why its crucial that you're doing work that you love and feeds your passion. And I've always found myself able to negotiate for my best working conditions and to do what works for the day. Meetings at night? I'll take some extra hours off during the afternoon."

"I have worked at HP for 20+ years, and it has been an amazing experience and journey all along the way. The culture, respect for people, flexibility to enable work-life balance, opportunities to change roles/functions/organizations, and the value placed on diversity and inclusion make it a great place to work. HP is a company that I've found to have strong core values and truly strives to "walk the talk." Highly recommend! "

"HP is the greatest place I have ever worked! We are truly encouraged to bring our whole, authentic selves to work everyday. HP embraces the unique contributions that each employee brings and believes that diversity in all aspects builds an innovative culture. How HP supported us all through the pandemic has been top notch. I couldn't have asked for more. My biggest complaint is that I haven't been able to go to our office and fully enjoy the surroundings and amazing people who work at HP."
