There weren't many women working here when I started, so at first it was a little intimidating, bot the boys are great so you don't need to worry about that.

    It was just improved to 4 months... Puma is owned by Kering and Kering updated the policy across all brands. Just google it.

It's government and all that goes along with it. That does mean robust benefits and, because of its size, most supervisors are comfortable with employees exercising flexible hours.
