The people are generally good but leadership plays favorites. It was not a good place to grow

Positive work-life balance at this company. Leadership cares about the success of its employees. A lot of flexibility is provided in the work day.

It's a Catholic institution, expect to get a lot of push-back on certain feminist topics, particularly within Student Affairs. If you work on the academic side, you have much more freedom.

If you are okay getting a job there and don't want to move up you will be fine. No upward mobility.

We hired pregnant women, and based on the number of recently pregnant women at the company, seem to do a good job of holding up to your current maternity policy.

June 2015

I've been here for 3 years and they have many options for women to network. With engineering being a very male dominated field, I've found that it is much better than most companies.

April 2015

Most of the top tier executives have been with the company ~ 20+ years, so changes and progress are slow. The EDA market is mature, so very little growth potential; this resulted in a significant number of senior managers with limited upward mobility. There is a relatively small circle of key management so unless you are part of the circle, career advancement can be a challenge, specifically for women in this company.
