"The firm is a bit antiquated from both a business strategy and personnel standpoint. There are some "mandatory fun" policies that are aimed at keeping employees happy but I think they miss the mark on addressing the real needs of employees and driving a healthy culture. "

"They respect talent and will be flexibile to keep the talent they want. However, the job itself is what it is and PR is just a demanding career with deadlines that are not always forgiving."
