Depends on the department. The company itself is great, but some departments operate on their own terms.

Maybe. I worked in a high turnover department that I would not recommend to most people, however, the company itself is pretty great.

If you can handle being disrespected on a daily basis this is the job for you. If you cannot, then I don't recommend working here.

Very unprofessional. Chiropractor who owns the business is very disrespectful towards women and will openly talk down to you in front of patients. He is prejudice when hiring and will not hire anyone who is pregnant or who has a family because he wants his business to come first.

I love the people I work with! It is a fast paced environment and I'm always continuing to learn and be challenged while working with incredibly smart and talented people. The benefits are also great for health care and leave.

  • Level of Flexibility

The amount of flexibility really depends on your role. Most internal roles allow for greater flexibility on a daily basis, but there are some that are more challenging to be flexible with as you need to be in the office on a regular basis and can't work remotely. Client facing roles while can be flexible are more demanding and require you to effectively communicate your time boundaries with client and team in order to achieve that flexibility.

August 2016

Leadership style is dictatorship. Opinions are not welcomed. You basically just do your job, (without training), and enter your work hours. There is no motivation at all. People are hired as temps, initially & some are hired permanently. The benefits are great, but the morale is extremely low.

November 2015

From the start Rockfish is a great place for women to work. The company does not care about gender - more that you get the job done. They are also really supportive of Mat leave and of offering a flexible schedule. There are more men than women in senior positions but I would say it's more of a 60/40 split which is much better than most companies.
