"From everything I have experienced, the women are treated very well in comparison to other finance companies. You can really tell that the women are treated with equal respect and that they are promoted when deserved."

"iCapital is a great place to work. The office is inclusive and offers lots of flexibility for female workers. They just introduced a new initiative, Milk Mate, which is a way for women to breast pump as needed without the hassle of bringing supplies to the office. They also have a 4 day in-office work week with the fifth day being work-from-home. This company cares about its female employees and I am thankful to be a part of it. "
