At iCapital we have recently relaunched our Women’s Employee Resource group. We’ve also expanded it with a NEW Global Women’s Council, formed with representatives selected across multiple areas of the business.  

In March, we celebrate International Women’s Day which is open to all women globally and male allies. Our Women’s group will focus on building a plan with initiatives tied to our Global Framework: Colleagues, Culture, Community and Clients. 

We have partnered with organizations like Fairygodboss to attract top talent looking for a lucrative career in fintech; an industry that is evolving the financial landscape, at iCapital, a leader in this space. 

Our women have a strong desire to give back and support other women internally through mentorship and externally through our Philanthropic efforts. Going forward, we will expand our support to include women and girls in support of financial literacy and digital inclusion.

We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office four days a week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
