"On paper it can sound great: quiet hours midday, extra days off, great benefits and maternity leave, but expectations are to work all of the time. You might not have meetings 12:30-2pm but you will work late to make up that time, get pinged in teams or email to answer questions. But more than that direction from senior leadership changes frequently and fast and there is a hug disconnect on realistic expectations of people and the software. "
