"Illumina has a very pro-family flexible environment. We have FTO - flexible time off - which means if you need a day off, you can take it without worrying about PTO accruals. Makes it great for working moms that may need to stay home with a sick kid but still want to take a vacation that year! "

"It's an exciting place to work and is changing healthcare. I have never experience conscious bias. I do think that there could be more women in leadership though."
