"Make sure to do your homework when it comes to hiring salary negotiations and fight for what you deserve. Know that you may not receive a bump in salary over 2% in the next year so come in high. If you are looking for a business that supports working moms and that is your focus, Indigo is a good place to be, but know that career and salary advancement is the sacrifice."

"Pre- COVID guidelines, working from home was not advised or even allowed for some teams. Senior leadership seems to be getting used to the idea of working from home and I believe there will be more WFH flexibility in the future once restrictions are lifted."
